why not also ask Mohd Arshad of Trengganu , why Trengganu was suspended by MCF ? Hope for a reasonable answer.

~ Arshad was not given support for his FA application.
~ It is MCF who owes KLCA, enough for at least 30-40years of membership/affiliate fees.
~ Putrajaya is inactive as some members have been transferred out, same for NS as Kamar Dani claims its "difficult" to get attendance/quorum for AGM and EXCO meetings.
